Criminal illegal aliens released by the Obama administration between 2009 and 2011 went on to be charged with 19 murders, three attempted murders and 142 sex crimes, a House Judiciary Committee report previously documented.
The statistics pose a grim outlook for the 36,007 additional criminal illegal aliens reportedly released last year by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, or ICE.
A 2012 House report reviewed the effectiveness of the Secure Communities program, a project initially launched by the Bush administration to build databases that identify illegal aliens who qualify for deportation. The data covered arrests from October 2008 through July 2011.

2. Liberals Threaten To Assassinate Trey Gowdy After He’s Tapped To Lead Benghazi Select Committee

The U.S. Capitol Police are investigating threatening emails against Rep. Trey Gowdy, the South Carolina Republican recently tapped to lead a special panel probing the Benghazi terrorist attacks.
The investigation follows emails sent to news outlets warning that Gowdy would be “assassinated.”
The Capitol Police would not comment on the scope of the investigation but Officer Shennell Antrobus confirmed that there is “an active, open investigation.”
Gowdy was tapped on Monday to lead a new select committee on Benghazi. His office referred all questions to the Capitol Police.

3. Dad Arrested for Speaking Up About Pornographic Content in Required Reading for 9th Graders
A reading assignment has some parents in New Hampshire confused and upset.
The controversial book “Nineteen Minutes” by Jodi Picoult is required reading for some 9th grade students at Gilford High School. The book is a fictional story about a school shooting and has been part of the curriculum since 2007.
School officials say that the book contains important themes, but parents say that message is overshadowed by what some call pornographic content on one page.
The book was assigned to students last Monday, but the school failed to give parents of freshmen students notice of the sexually explicit content in the novel. One page of the book contains a graphic description of rough sex between two teenagers.
Some parents are outraged, and attended a school board meeting to make their feelings known.
William Baer, whose 14-year old daughter is a student at the school, was one of the parents who spoke out at the meeting. He was promptly arrested for doing so:

Baer tells EAGnews he became aware of the book’s objectionable material purely by chance. A family friend was visiting last Wednesday and talking to Baer’s 14-year-old daughter about how things were going in school. When she mentioned that she’d just been assigned the novel, the friend picked up the book and casually opened it to page 313 which contains a very graphic description of a sexual encounter between two adolescents. The friend was aghast as he read the passage, and asked Baer if he was aware of the book’s content.
“I was shocked when I read the passage, and not much shocks me anymore,” Baer says. “My wife was stunned by the increasingly graphic nature of the sexual content of the scene and the imagery it evoked.”

An Indiana-based company has decided not to hire any homeschool graduates, withdrawing a job offer from one candidate after discovering he was home educated, according to the Home School Legal Defense Association.
That’s despite the fact that assessments and evaluations for homeschool students routinely run higher than for public-school students.
5. Obama to create largest national monument of his presidency

President Obama on Wednesday will designate nearly half a million acres in New Mexico as a national monument, the latest in a series of executive actions intended to improve environmental protections of federal lands.
The president will sign a proclamation establishing the Organ Mountains Desert Peaks National Monument, the largest such designation of his presidency, during a ceremony at the Department of the Interior, the White House said Monday.
It will be the 11th time the president has established a national monument during his term, and the largest designation in terms of land mass during his presidency.
By contrast, former President George W. Bush established only four national monuments during his eight years in office.

6. ‘Schindler’s List’ producer: Obama wants to ‘lock up’ foes

NEW YORK – “Schindler’s List” producer Gerald Molen, who is working on a new film with conservative author Dinesh D’Souza, says he will be watching for a federal court to deliver justice when a sentencing hearing is held in the fall on D’Souza’s violation of campaign laws.
D’Souza on Tuesday pleaded guilty to one part of a federal indictment in a plea bargain that had prosecutors give up on the worst counts. He will be sentenced in September.
There have been claims the case was a politically charged prosecution from the outset. Molen said he will be among those watching to make sure politics don’t influence the sentencing.
Molen issued a statement after D’Souza’s court hearing Tuesday.
“This administration doesn’t see its opponents as dissenters but as enemies, and if they can’t refute you, they try to lock you up,” he said.
“Normally these types of offenses are resolved with fines or community service. I and the American people will be watching closely to make sure that justice is done in the sentencing portion.”
In January, Molen’s response to D’Souza’s indictment also was blunt.
“When Dinesh D’Souza can be prosecuted for making a movie, every American should ask themselves one question: ‘What will I do to preserve the First Amendment?’” Molen, the producer of “2016: Obama’s America,” told WND at the time.
In addition to the 2012 campaign-rocking “2016,” D’Souza has an upcoming film called “America,” which imagines what the world would be like without the nation.
D’Souza’s “2016″ was the No. 2 political documentary of all time, Molen noted, “and it obviously got the attention of our rulers.”
Molen told WND in January that the prosecution of D’Souza “is the equivalent of prosecuting a political dissident in the Soviet Union for jay-walking.”
“Yes, jaywalking in the Soviet Union is a crime, but it’s a minor crime. The real point is that you are a political dissenter and the government wants to put you away,” he said.

7 . FDA to Ban Essential Vitamin
The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is revising the nutrition labels on foods and supplements. In the middle of the new rules are two little paragraphs that could risk the health of millions of Americans—but it’s a sneak attack so quiet and unobtrusive that few people will even realize it’s there.
Folate is the naturally occurring form of vitamin B9. The human body needs folate to synthesize and repair its DNA. It’s especially important during the kind of rapid cell division and growth seen in infancy and pregnancy. Children and adults both require folate to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia, among many other vital functions. Folic acid, on the other hand, is synthetically produced, and is widely used in dietary supplements and in fortified, processed foods.
Because folate is mostly found in whole foods and folic acid is mostly found in supplements, the FDA has decided they will now ban the word “folate” from Supplement Fact labels. Only the term “folic acid” will be allowed. That’s what those two little paragraphs are saying.
Folic acid is not itself biologically active, which means the liver has to convert it to the folate we need. No problem! Except that it’s a huge problem for the nearly 40% of the population whose livers can’t efficiently convert synthetic folic acid into folate. They need natural folate, and if they can’t get enough folate from their diet (which is likely), they desperately need to get folate via dietary supplements—and that can’t happen if the FDA permits only folic acid!
This wouldn’t be a small labeling tweak: banning folate from the label is a sneaky way of banning it in the bottle, as it would be completely misleading and even fraudulent to refer to dietary folates like folinic acid (5-FTHF), calcium methylfolate, various tetrahydrofolates, and other “whole food” folates—all of which are currently available in supplement form—as synthetic “folic acid.”
Would you be surprised to learn that one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world may be involved in this government/industry crony capitalist mess? Merck holds patents on Metafolin, which the body recognizes as a bioavailable dietary folate. If the FDA bans folate from supplements, 40% of the American population would be forced to get a Metfolin-based drug. Our guess is that Merck would make billions of dollars.
Please don’t allow this travesty to go forward unchallenged! For women of childbearing age, folate is recommended by the CDC, WHO, and most practitioners as an essential tool in preventing neural tube defects—and as we mentioned above, supplementation with folate is vital, since women may not be able to get enough folate in their diet. Send your message to the FDA today, and tell them not to convert a critical, natural B vitamin from a supplement to a drug through bureaucratic labeling sleight-of-hand!
8. Media Silence on Crucifixion of Christians by Islamic Jihadists
Could you imagine the uproar in the mainstream media that we would see if a member of a politically favored class of people was crucified for who or what they are? There would be front page headlines for weeks. But because members of a politically favored class (Muslims) are doing it to members of a non-politically favored class (Christians), it is not newsworthy at all according to the media. In many instances, Christians are being crucified by jihadists that are actually being assisted and funded by the governments of the United States and Saudi Arabia. Yes, our tax dollars are being used to help arm and supply radical jihadists that are beheading and crucifying Christians. And yet none of the big media organizations considers this to be news.
This kind of brutality is absolutely unprecedented!
Who has ever heard of such a thing being done to pregnant women and children?
You would think that crimes of this magnitude would be front page news all over the globe.
But instead, there is mostly just silence.
About the only mainstream news outlet in the U.S. that will even touch this stuff is Fox News. And even they don’t give it front page treatment. Usually you have to really dig to find a brief story about the slaughter of Christians that we are seeing all over the planet.
